Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. Please be prepared to provide credit card information at time of scheduling. We recommend 24-hour notice in order to cancel any service. This 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid 40% cancellation fee.
Return Policy
Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days for a full refund.
Health Conditions
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services.
Payment
We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.
Gratuity
Listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 15-20% of each service price is appropriate and appreciated.
Packages
No refund on packages that are purchased at the spa. Only exceptions are exchanges for other services under that budget.
